3 Things about Moi

We (my family) have recently bought a puppy. He’s an absolute beauty. A chocolate brown Labrador. He’s hopefully coming home on the 23/04 after his first vaccination. We are going to call him Bear. This is the first dog I have owned. Here is a picture of him. How cute is he?

Winter is my favourite season. I love the nostalgia of Halloween, Bon Fire Night, the countdown to Christmas. My birthday is also in November and my daughters is middle of December.

One of my favourite hobbies is walking. I have a pair of trusty walking boots and often head out on the weekend to the peak district for a ramble. Excited to take our new addition out also.

Questions I’ve been set

1. When was the last time you felt pure joy?

Waking up to my little boy telling me to ‘wake up mummy’. My boy is just gorgeous. I’m off work today and enjoying spending the day with him.

2. What made you laugh until you cried?

Gosh, this is a hard one. I can’t actually recall. A lot of things make me lol. Reading silly blog posts. Watching anything Peter Kay. He is soooo funny.

3. What’s the silliest thing you do when alone?

Turn the music up and sing into the remote control as though its a microphone. I’m terrible at singing.

4. What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever experienced?

My granddad passed away a few years before my nan but on one occasion when I went to visit their grave (they are buried together) to lay some flowers (must have been an anniversary) me and my cousin played some Irish music. At two distinct points in one particular song, the two solar lights we had around the grave lit up.

5. Have you ever been to a haunted place?

I often wonder if my house is haunted (not in a bad way). Check out a post I wrote a few weeks back. This is actually based on experiences I have in my home. Its called Under the Bed.
