Tuesdays Go Dog Go Café challenge this week is below:
Today’s prompt: Write a poem or prose piece that incorporates not one, not two but three prompts in the style of c. churchill’s color body feels poems.
color= a color
body= a body part
feels= an emotion
I have never attempted this type of poetry before so not sure if what I have come up with is an acceptable offering. Regardless, here’s my bash this week:
Windows
Azure pools,
fleeting glance;
longing for more.
A desire to explore,
cavernous eyes.
To plunge,
ocean deep;
pining to seek,
thee,
opening to ones,
Soul.
If you fancy a go, head over to the Go Dog, Go Café link (top of page) and add your link within the comments section.
You have done a great job with the prompt, especially for never having attempted this type of work. Bravo.

Best way to learn is to just go in at the deep end! One way or the other, it looked good to me 😁

Thank you 🙂 I guess the only way to really learn is to practice! I’ll keep at it!
